At Child & School Psychology CE, we want participants to have a positive experience with our continuing education courses. Because our courses are digital products that may be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

How to Submit a Refund Request

If you purchased a course in error or experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually and should be submitted promptly after purchase.

Refunds are generally not available after a course has been completed or a certificate of completion has been issued.

Courses That Have Been Accessed

Because course materials are delivered digitally, we may decline a refund when a substantial portion of a course has already been accessed, completed, or downloaded.

We understand that mistakes and unusual circumstances can occur, and we will review reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, please contact us. Verified duplicate purchases are eligible for a refund.

Technical Problems

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a course, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the problem.

If we are unable to provide access to a course you purchased, we may issue a refund or provide another appropriate resolution.

Continuing Education Acceptance

Participants are responsible for determining whether a course meets the continuing education or professional development requirements of their licensing board, certification organization, employer, or other credentialing entity before purchasing the course.

A refund will not normally be issued solely because a licensing board, credentialing organization, employer, or other third party does not accept a course for continuing education credit when the course approval information was accurately described at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
